Cybernode - A Swedish competence community for cybersecurity research and innovation
Cybernode.se is a network, or node, bringing together Swedish businesses and organisations working in the field of cybersecurity, where you can find national partners among its members.
Cybernode.se and the Swedish competence community is run jointly by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) and RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, on assignment from and under the leadership of MSB. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2021/88 establishing the European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre, MSB has chosen RISE to take responsibility for research and innovation collaboration by building the competence community and running the website cybernode.se.
Who is membership intended for?
Membership is intended for those working in cybersecurity in academia and research institutes, for businesses offering cybersecurity products and services and for relevant non-governmental and public-sector organisations.
Membership is also open to 'needs owners', i.e., businesses and organisations facing major cybersecurity challenges, especially those operating in sectors such as energy, finance, transport, water supply and healthcare.
What does membership of the competence community entail?
Members of the competence community receive:
- access to a forum at national and European level, an arena for dialogue, collaboration and cooperation;
- opportunities to discuss needs and ideas;
- opportunities to form, find and join consortia for EU applications; and
- opportunities to influence the priorities and content of EU programmes.
